About the Opportunity

This executive leadership position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to residents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care delivery and quality outcomes
  • Foster positive relationships with medical professionals, families, and residents
  • Maintain regulatory compliance through regular audits and oversight
  • Design and implement wellness programs to promote resident well-being
  • Lead weekly care plan meetings and respond promptly to resident emergencies
Key Qualifications
  • Clinical experience and knowledge of nursing principles are essential
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required
  • The ability to manage people, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe working environment is crucial
  • A current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing is mandatory
  • CPR certification is also required
Compensation Package
