**Leaders in Care** is seeking a dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care Team in Cheshire. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals, providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This position comes with a competitive salary of up to 58,000 FTE Pro Rata, depending on experience. You'll work three days a week, Monday to Friday, giving you a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining accurate medical records, be a Registered General Nurse with NMC registration and a valid PIN, and possess a non-medical independent prescriber qualification. Additionally, they should have experience with minor injuries, ear irrigation, cervical screening, travel health, and venepuncture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care and manage patient care independently.
  • Provide travel health advice and vaccinations.
  • Coordinate and participate in health promotion days.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
  • Possess a permanent contract with three days per week, Monday to Friday.
