Our NHS practice is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

The successful candidate will have experience working in general practice and be able to demonstrate their skills in clinical governance, health promotion, and patient education. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 to £44,962 per year (Agenda For Change Band 5/6 equivalent) and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities:
