Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to the Palliative Care Team, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to promote advanced care planning, manage complex end-of-life symptoms, and meet the holistic care needs of patients.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction, mentoring staff, and promoting evidence-based practice within the team.
Requirements- Registered General Nurse
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Post-graduate qualification in palliative care or relevant subject
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,988 - £54,089 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a relocation package of up to £8,000, which may be available to eligible candidates.
