About the Role

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced Total Compensation Manager to join our team. As a Reward Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total reward strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

Your key duties will include:

  • Designing and implementing salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits packages.

You will work closely with the Head of People to ensure that the total reward strategy is aligned with the company's overall business strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on the company's success. We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
