Total Compensation Expertise
Oakleaf Partnership seeks an experienced Total Compensation Specialist to lead the development of a comprehensive total reward strategy. Reporting into the Head of People, this role involves administering employee benefit schemes, benchmarking benefits packages, and evaluating new proposals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and implement a cohesive total reward strategy that drives business success.
• Manage the annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles, administer carry & co-invest schemes, and manage performance share plans.
• Stay updated on tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance requirements, and develop necessary reporting processes.
• Generate payroll and compensation reports, handle FTE queries, and carry out mandatory reporting for local authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree educated from a finance or accounting background, solid experience in compensation & payroll processing and management. Strong Excel skills and the ability to generate reports and analysis are essential. European languages are desired. The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
