About the Role

The Primary Science Teaching Trust is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As the first point of contact for general enquiries, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our staff, Fellows, and external organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with enquiries, including general PSTT enquiries and specific enquiries sent to the PSTT team.
  • Administrative responsibilities, including maintaining data on Fellows and schools, implementing and maintaining office systems and procedures, and managing post in and out of the office.
  • Other key tasks, including collating and sending the weekly College Bulletin, setting up and facilitating PSTT webinars and online events, and supporting planning and delivery of the College Conference and other PSTT activities.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong administration skills and experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
