About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Facilities Team as a full-time, permanent employee. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team and take on a variety of challenges. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Team, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Team, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including maintenance requests, inventory management, and supply ordering.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in administration, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
