Administrative Support Officer

About the Role
The Administrative Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing patient communications, creating letters, emails, and text reminders. You will also liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust via telephone and email.

• Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust
• Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
• Clerical/administrative experience, including filing and/or reception
• Experience of dealing with the public, both on the telephone and in person
• Educated to GCSE, grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
• Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages

Salary Information
£24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata, based on a 22.5 hour working week.
