Law Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Law Office Administrator to join our Bristol office. This role will provide administrative support to a busy team of professionals.
**Job Summary:**
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to a team of fee earners, including preparing and editing documents, making travel arrangements, and managing diaries.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm or similar industry.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
