About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Priory Hospital Bristol. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide a comprehensive reception and administrative service to patients, visitors, and ward staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the ward area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ward staff and patients
- Manage reception and administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
