Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Macro.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be able to work as part of a team or as an individual in varying environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing support to the Facilities Management team
  • Keeping security records up to date
  • Generating monthly access control reports
  • Managing parking permits and car log records
  • Hosting visitors and creating access passes
  • Assisting in security and health and safety audits
  • Conducting cleaning audits on UK sites and maintaining the main kitchen area
  • Ordering and stock checking for kitchen and cleaning consumables
  • Supporting the team with reception and post room duties
  • Assisting with purchase orders and onsite contractors
  • Managing DSE assessments and maintaining COSHH and datasheet records
  • Supporting administrative tasks, record keeping, and archiving
  • Providing AV audio visual support and completing required training courses
  • Covering the workplace coordinator role when required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Good level of IT literacy around Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good organizational skills
