Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
- Manage security records and access control systems.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Assist with security and health and safety audits.
- Conduct cleaning audits and maintain kitchen areas.
- Order and stock check cleaning consumables.
- Support team members with lunch, holiday, and sickness cover.
- Assist with raising purchase orders and managing contractors.

- Support administrative tasks, including record keeping and archiving.
- Assist with events, catering, and setup.
- Provide AV audio visual support.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
- Good level of IT literacy around Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills.
