Facilities Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Macro. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team
  • Manage security records and access control systems
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Assist with security and health and safety audits
  • Conduct cleaning audits and maintain kitchen areas
  • Order and stock check cleaning consumables
  • Support team members with lunch, holiday, and sickness cover
  • Assist with raising purchase orders and managing contractors
  • Complete DSE assessments and maintain records
  • Support administrative tasks, record keeping, and archiving
  • Assist with events, catering, and setup
  • Provide AV audio visual support
  • Complete ongoing training courses
  • Support regional invoicing and PO processing
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually
  • Good level of IT literacy around Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good organizational skills
