Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Macro. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team
- Manage security records and access control systems
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
- Assist with security and health and safety audits
- Conduct cleaning audits and maintain kitchen areas
- Order and stock check cleaning consumables
- Support team members with lunch, holiday, and sickness cover
- Assist with raising purchase orders and managing contractors
- Complete DSE assessments and maintain records
- Support administrative tasks, record keeping, and archiving
- Assist with events, catering, and setup
- Provide AV audio visual support
- Complete ongoing training courses
- Support regional invoicing and PO processing
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Good level of IT literacy around Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good organizational skills
