Key Responsibilities- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
- Manage facility budgets and implement cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping, archiving, and team folder management.
- Provide support for audio-visual equipment and complete required training courses to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This is a part-time role working 4 days a week onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
