We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Macro. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Manage facility budgets and implement cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping, archiving, and team folder management.
  • Provide support for audio-visual equipment and complete required training courses to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time role working 4 days a week onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
