Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Macro. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
- Manage security records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in security and health and safety audits.
- Carry out cleaning audits and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including record keeping and archiving.
- Assist with events, catering, and setup.
- Provide AV and audio visual support.
- Complete required training courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge of facilities management best practices.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Good IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
