Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Macro. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
  • Manage security records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in security and health and safety audits.
  • Carry out cleaning audits and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Manage and maintain CCTV systems.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including record keeping and archiving.
  • Assist with events, catering, and setup.
  • Provide AV and audio visual support.
  • Complete required training courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge of facilities management best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Good IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
