Position: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Slough
Compensation: £28,495.00 annually
Work Schedule: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Permanent, 52 Weeks

Responsibilities will include delivering training and maintaining exceptional practices at all times. A meticulous approach to adhering to health and safety regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs and maintenance
- Overseeing general housekeeping
- Managing grounds maintenance
- Ensuring site safety and compliance
- Handling fleet management
- Addressing special factors as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid UK driver's license
- Prior experience in maintenance
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
