About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Macro. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
  • Manage security records and access control systems.
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Order and manage kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including record keeping and archiving.
  • Assist with events, catering, and setup as needed.
  • Provide AV and audio visual support.
  • Complete required training courses and maintain compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently in varying environments.
  • Good level of IT literacy around Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
