Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team at Macro Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
- Manage facility budgets and track expenses
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate parking and car log recording
- Manage CCTV systems
- Perform housekeeping duties for the main kitchen area
- Maintain and clean coffee machines
- Order and stock check kitchen and cleaning consumables for all UK sites
- Support the team with reception and post room duties, including lunch, holiday, and sickness cover
- Assist with raising purchase orders and managing onsite contractors
- Support administrative tasks, including record keeping, archiving, and team folder management
- Provide AV audio visual support
- Complete required ongoing training courses
- Develop a good level of IT literacy around Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of IT systems.
