Maintain supplies of stationery, kitchen essentials, and office equipment to ensure a seamless work environment. Coordinate storage, archiving, and logistics for office goods, ensuring efficient use of resources. Assist HR with facilities management, resolving related issues in a timely manner. Maintain databases for contacts, expiries, renewals, and office manual, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. li>p>Requirements: li>Proficient in managing technology, including office equipment and databases.
