Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis.

This role is based at a Grade A multi-let commercial office development in Central London, working for an award-winning SME Real Estate brand.

As a key member of the on-site building management team, you will deliver a top-tier total FM service for a variety of commercial tenants.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations and deputising for the Building Manager.
  • Representing the Landlord on-site, ensuring regulatory compliance and service provision to tenants.
  • Liaising with Front of House on event management and overseeing cleaning contractors.
  • Managing the helpdesk system and logging reactive jobs.
  • Maintaining the Purchase Order tracker and handling site services contracts.
  • Coordinating contractor access, reviewing RAMS, and ensuring adherence to site procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants, handling service requests and tenancy changes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid base of experience in Facilities, either as a Coordinator or Assistant previously. An IOSH qualification is desirable but not essential.
