Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Rental Coordinator to join our team at the City of Cornwall. This temporary role will support the Coordinator, Facilities, Rentals & Marketing with various tasks, including meeting room bookings, client invoicing, and park rental coordination. The ideal candidate will have a two-year college diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience using web-based scheduling programs. Bilingualism in French and English is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Coordinator, Facilities, Rentals & Marketing with daily tasks
  • Coordinate municipal recreation facility bookings
  • Assist with related functions at the Aquatic Centre and Benson Centre Reception
  • Liaise with community groups

Requirements:

  • Two-year college diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience using web-based scheduling programs
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office
