Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Morden Hall Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities and providing excellent customer service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient and effective business support and facilities management services
Organize building maintenance and repairs, purchasing, and supervising contractors on site
Oversee health and safety arrangements, complete compliance tasks, and internal communications
Form part of a duty manager team, leading the property on designated days

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is well-organized, able to multitask, and has good presentation and cleanliness standards. You should be a great team player with good written and verbal communication skills, and be flexible and customer-focused with strong customer service skills. Experience in a business support environment, along with facilities or office responsibility, is essential.
