The Role
The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities across all relevant segments within the Heathrow cluster of hotels. Key objectives include meeting agreed sales targets, developing account animation plans, and building effective relationships with brand partners, Arora central teams, and other hotel or cluster sales teams.
Requirements
- A successful track record of sales management in a hotel environment, ideally with at least 2 years of experience in a sales manager role.
- Experience working with major global hotel brands is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm, with a willingness to adapt and change styles as necessary.
- Strong commercial approach, identifying sales and revenue maximization opportunities for the hotel or cluster across all revenue streams.
- Computer literacy and a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with effective prioritization skills.
- A desire and ability to improve knowledge and abilities through ongoing training and development.
