Job Title: Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at YOTEL London HQ. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability through effective inventory and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Manage and control inventory to optimize room sales and revenue
  • Optimize distribution channels to ensure maximum revenue potential
  • Implement sales and pricing strategies set by Senior Cluster Revenue Manager
  • Produce accurate forecasts and analyze revenue trends
Inventory Management:
  • Review and implement room accommodation and rate inventory controls daily
  • Manage group and transient inventory for all hotels in the region
  • Quote for groups and support hotels in managing groups in line with contracts and demand
  • Work with hotel Reservations and Front Office to ensure agreed selling strategies are in place
Sales and Pricing Strategy:
  • Monitor and adjust sales, groups, and pricing strategies
  • Participate in weekly revenue meetings to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure pricing consistency across all distribution channels
  • Liaise with market managers from 3rd party channel partners
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide analysis of yield strategies, room statistics, and performance trends
  • Review data quality between PMS and RMS
  • Write and review end of month revenue reports for each hotel
  • Conduct displacement analysis of group business and sales negotiations
Commercial Performance:
  • Review competitive shops daily to identify selling strategies and opportunities
  • Ensure all systems used are audited and meeting YOTEL Revenue Indicator standards
  • Review demand and event dates to stay ahead of demand indicators
  • Maintain historical data on events and performance
