Cluster Revenue Analyst
Clustered Hotels: Andaz London Liverpool Street & Great Scotland Yard – The Unbound Collection
Reporting to: Area Director of Revenue Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and provide detailed analysis and reports.
- Prepare and present reports on revenue performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Assist with the implementation of the hotel sales strategy and pricing recommendations across all channels.
- Provide analysis of major distribution channels to ensure that the hotels are maximizing revenue and marketing exposure.
- Analyze recent trends for all revenue streams and provide detailed analysis to assist in revenue forecasting.
- Work with business intelligence tools and gather market intelligence to support decisions and strategies implemented.
