About the Role

The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to hotel management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall business goals.
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and analyze performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
