About the Role
The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to hotel management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
