Right now we are looking to find our next Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Head Office team.

Preferablyyou will be located in London however we do welcome applications from North ( Manchester, Edinburgh or Glasgow).

Summary of Position:

Working as part of the Revenue Management team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the annual budget for your given cluster of properties. You will seamlessly work with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to get buy in for your commercial strategies. On a daily basis, you will be managing inventory and booking channels, monitoring various market intelligence reports. You will also ensure effective pricing strategies across your portfolio by interaction with our RMS, IDeaS. In addition to the above you will be involved in a wide range of projects to really drive revenue and the business forward. This includes the opening of new properties, which is a key area of growth for the business.

The Cluster Revenue Manager will report to the Company Commercial Director.

Experience & Desired Skills:

Previous experience of Revenue Management on a comparable scale

Excellent communication skills with ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, nimble work environment.

Working knowledge of RMS IDeaS, rate shopping and GDS/ channel management tools

Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI would be desired.

Excellent team management and team building skills.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously ranging from strategy to execution.

Previous experience of opening new properties would be desirable.
