Cluster Revenue Delivery Manager

As we continue our rapid expansion in central London, we're actively expanding our Revenue Team and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue specialist to be a key player in our exciting journey.
As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for analysing historical data, monitoring demand patterns, and staying informed about market intelligence. With this information at your fingertips, you will develop effective strategies encompassing yield management, pricing, and positioning to optimise revenue generation.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:
- Previous revenue management experience within the hospitality industry, preferably managing revenue for multiple hotel clusters or properties;
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies, including yield management, pricing optimisation, and market positioning;
- Demonstrable track record in Revenue Management with ability to grow market share and budget delivery;
- Able to function independently with a minimum of supervision, taking full ownership of portfolio of hotels;
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in data interpretation and utilising revenue management tools and software. Fully conversant with PMS and RMS;
- In-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
