As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to spearhead revenue enhancement initiatives across a range of properties.

Core Responsibilities:

Revenue Management Strategy: Formulate and implement thorough revenue management plans aimed at optimizing room revenue and yield across the hotel cluster. Assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and demand trends to uncover opportunities for revenue growth.

Collaboration with Teams: Partner closely with sales and marketing departments to synchronize strategies, promotions, and pricing, ensuring comprehensive revenue maximization.

Leadership and Development: Offer mentorship and support to revenue managers at the property level, nurturing a culture of ongoing development and improvement.

Analytical Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to convey revenue performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Strategic Advisory Role: Serve as a strategic advisor to property General Managers, providing revenue-focused insights and recommendations to enhance overall profitability.

  • Expertise in Hotel Revenue Management: A profound understanding of hotel revenue management strategies is crucial. Familiarity with pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting is essential.
  • Market Analysis Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue improvement.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in utilizing advanced revenue management systems and tools to monitor and adjust room rates and inventory is vital.
  • Mentorship Abilities: As a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, you will guide property-level revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
