  • Yield Management and Pricing Optimization: Implement yield management, pricing, and positioning strategies to optimize revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Collaboration and Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
  • Pricing Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy in rate loading within our Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Pricing Data Maintenance: Maintain the integrity of our pricing data to ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Ideal Candidate

  • Revenue Management Experience: Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably managing revenue for multiple hotel clusters or properties.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in data interpretation and utilizing revenue management tools and software.
  • Market Knowledge and Understanding: In-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
  • Collaborative Environment: Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to a dynamic team.
