- Identify and target new business prospects to expand the company's digital signage client base.
- Achieve and exceed personal revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities.
- Organize and execute customer outreach, including face-to-face meetings, sales trips, and participation in industry events.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, offering consultative solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Design and present creative digital signage solutions to clients and agencies.
- Manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
- Ensure a smooth handover of new accounts to the customer success team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to craft and personalize sales strategies.
- Provide weekly performance reports outlining achievements, challenges, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain exemplary sales practices and high standards in customer service.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in digital media or digital signage solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of digital signage, lead generation, and sales campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes within target organizations.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and within a team.
- Commitment to excellence in sales practices and customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or additional certifications in digital marketing or sales is preferred.
- Certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or sales technologies are an advantage but not mandatory.
