This is a great chance to join Oscar Associates (UK) Limited as a Sales Consultant, specializing in digital signage solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of navigating complex decision-making units and budget structures within target organizations.

The Position

The Sales Consultant will engage with both existing clients and new prospects, focusing on selling digital signage solutions. This role requires working independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets and build long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate will proactively seek new business opportunities and work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with existing accounts to upsell digital signage products, concentrating on client growth and retention.
  2. Identify and target new business prospects to expand the company's digital signage client base.
  3. Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities.
  4. Organize and execute customer outreach, including face-to-face meetings, sales trips, and participation in industry events.
  5. Design and present creative digital signage solutions to clients and agencies.
  6. Manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
  7. Ensure a smooth handover of new accounts to the customer success team for ongoing support.
  8. Collaborate with the Sales Director to craft and personalize sales strategies.
  9. Provide weekly performance reports outlining achievements, challenges, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  10. Maintain exemplary sales practices and high standards in customer service.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in digital media or digital signage solutions.
  2. In-depth knowledge of digital signage, lead generation, and sales campaigns.
  3. Commitment to excellence in sales practices and customer service.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. A Master's degree or additional certifications in digital marketing or sales is preferred.
  3. Certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or sales technologies are an advantage but not mandatory.
