Sales Professional

We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our sales team at our new sales site in Solihull. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury garden buildings directly to customers. You will be provided with all the necessary tools and training to be successful in the role.
The ideal candidate will be a sales and service-driven individual with a creative and inspiring personality. They will be able to discover and overcome objections and close sales. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a creative touch.
The benefits of this role include a competitive salary, quarterly bonuses for achieving targets, annual bonus for hitting the full year target, commission payment on every building sold, health shield payment scheme, holiday entitlement that increases with length of service, contributory pension scheme, and a company ethos that values a healthy work-life balance.
As this role involves working directly with the public and potentially conducting visits to customer properties, being a driver and having your own transport is essential. A DBS check will be carried out prior to appointment.
