We are seeking a driven and experienced Oncology Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team at IQVIA.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to maximize performance in the field of oncology by driving sales and unlocking access through effective account management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in specialist care settings, with experience working with oncology payers to identify and unlock local access barriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize performance in the field of oncology by driving sales and unlocking access through effective account management.
  • Develop long-term professional business relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in your region.
  • Create and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, setting clear targets, tactics, and timelines.
  • Navigate local access pathways in melanoma, ensuring optimal positioning on relevant formularies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven oncology sales experience, with established customer relationships.
  • Influence: Experience working with oncology payers to identify and unlock local access barriers.
  • Effective selling skills with a track record of success in specialist care settings.
  • Outstanding account management experience, including business planning, account analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT business systems, especially MS Office - PowerPoint and Excel.
