We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen to join us as Sales Manager for our Recycled Aggregates division. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our daily operations and expanding our recycled aggregates facility. This position is based in Colwick, Nottinghamshire.
**Role**:
The Sales (Commercial) Aggregates Manager will be accountable for the profitable growth and advancement of our Aggregates recycling business. Your role will involve generating commercial opportunities, fostering revenue and margin growth for recycled aggregates, and overseeing the incoming disposal of inert recyclable materials. This encompasses sales, innovation, exploring potential new markets, as well as managing our existing customer base to maximize all opportunities. Additionally, you will drive efficiency improvements and cost control efforts.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Coordinating and processing customer enquiries and orders to meet customer service demands while optimizing road fleet cost efficiency.
- Conducting regular profit forecasting based on sales data, new orders, enquiries, and known/predicted costs, with a focus on maximizing financial performance.
- Reviewing monthly performance and identifying development opportunities.
- Continuously developing processes, products, and service offerings to enhance the Aggregates operations and complement other Enva operations for increased business revenue and reduced costs.
- Effective management of the operations team in terms of scheduled inputs and required processing actions/inspections, yield and quality feedback to enhance product coding and associated margin.
- Collaborating with the Yard Supervisor to optimize stock levels and ensure efficient resource and machinery utilization.
