Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Oncology Sales Executive to optimise sales for a new business within the UK Pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in launching specialist therapies and influencing oncology payers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience as a Key Account Manager in the UK Pharmaceutical sector, with a strong understanding of local access barriers
  • Leverage launch experience in specialist therapy areas to drive sales growth
  • Influencing and negotiating with oncology payers to unlock local access barriers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Business planning and financial management skills, including P&L management
  • Strong analytical skills and high levels of curiosity, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of product and clinical knowledge
  • Adapting to changing priorities and demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
