Senior Oncology Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Oncology Sales Executive to optimise sales for a new business within the UK Pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in launching specialist therapies and influencing oncology payers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience as a Key Account Manager in the UK Pharmaceutical sector, with a strong understanding of local access barriers
- Leverage launch experience in specialist therapy areas to drive sales growth
- Influencing and negotiating with oncology payers to unlock local access barriers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Business planning and financial management skills, including P&L management
- Strong analytical skills and high levels of curiosity, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of product and clinical knowledge
- Adapting to changing priorities and demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
