Sales Business Development Executive

Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Business Development Executive to join our thriving sales business in Worcester. As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling to a variety of businesses and professional people throughout the Midlands region, meeting clients face-to-face to gather their requirements and sell a solution to them, and arranging your own sales meetings. You will also be responsible for managing your own diary to maximise results, working on your own client base, and undertaking new business development. If you are enthusiastic, intelligent, driven, resilient, and motivated by success, with a strong ability to mix with all types of people, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Our company offers a starting salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) + commission from sales, with OTE earnings in year 1 - £30,000 - £35,000, year 2 - £35,000 - £50,000, year 3 - £45,000 - £70,000, and year 6 - £70,000 - £100,000. Commission is completely uncapped, and some earn more than the above guidelines. We are an upwardly mobile organisation, and we are very open and always seeking talented individuals. As a business, we are very open to either career route and through our 3monthly review system, we encourage career development for each individual with their chosen route.
