Senior Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
We Are Adam, a leading international product manufacturer, seeks an accomplished Senior Sales Executive to join our UK team. This role involves managing sales in the East and West Midlands, working closely with key accounts and regional customers.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence. You will work independently, utilizing your strong relationship-building skills and business acumen to identify new opportunities and leverage existing customer relationships.
Our ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years' sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business development. Experience within the furniture fittings market is beneficial but not essential. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems are also highly desirable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and regional customers.
- Work closely with the Internal Sales Team to process orders and deliver excellent customer service.
**Benefits:
