About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors' sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Directly manage and mentor Sales & Research Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with major clients to secure continuous sales revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensure seamless sales administration and customer service activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a client-focused sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
