Technical Sales Specialist

Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional live events experiences in Birmingham. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in managing key accounts and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will also support the Event Support team with administration and problem resolution, ensuring seamless event execution. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong sales and service skills, as well as experience in managing budgets and ensuring statutory compliance. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage targeted key accounts and drive sales growth
  2. Investigate customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  3. Maximize sales opportunities through cross and up-selling
  4. Support the Event Support team with administration and problem resolution
  5. Ensure statutory compliance and risk assessment verification

Requirements:
  1. Health and Safety (IOSHH Qualification)
  2. Experience in sales and service environments
  3. Experience in managing budgets and ensuring statutory compliance
