About the Role


We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives, drive sales performance, and analyze market trends.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to identify revenue opportunities and optimize sales performance
  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and align team targets
  • Create and present sales performance reports to leadership
  • Lead sales target setting and territory management
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights
  • Ensure CRM data integrity (Salesforce) and pipeline accuracy
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and support sales compensation processes
  • Monitor pricing and discount practices to protect margins


Requirements


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Strategist with a strong background in sales operations and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have:


  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations (Financial Services, Tech, or B2B sectors preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales/marketing automation tools
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookups, Power Query)
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or BANT
