We are seeking a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at YOTEL London HQ.


This individual will be responsible for maximizing revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies for assigned hotels in Europe.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive market share and revenue performance
  • Implement pricing strategy for all market segments, distribution channels, and Conference and Events
  • Effectively manage and control all inventory
  • Optimize and manage all distribution channels
  • Implement sales and pricing strategies set by Senior Cluster Revenue Manager for all hotels
  • Produce accurate monthly forecasts

Inventory Management:
  • Daily reviews and implements room accommodation and rate inventory controls
  • Manages Group and Transient inventory for all hotels in the region
  • Responsible for quoting for groups and supporting hotels in managing groups in line with contracts and according to demand
  • Works with hotel Reservations and Front Office to ensure agreed selling strategies are in place

Sales and Pricing Strategy:
  • Monitors and adjusts sales, groups, and pricing strategies
  • Actively participates in weekly revenue meetings
  • Ensures pricing consistency across all distribution channels
  • Liaises with market managers from 3rd party channel partners
  • Implements all blackout dates and reviews frequently to determine if adjustments are needed

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provides analysis of yield strategies, room statistics, and performance trends
  • Constantly checks and reviews the quality of data between the PMS and RMS
  • Writes and reviews end of month revenue reports for each hotel
  • Conducts displacement analysis of group business and sales negotiations
  • Accurately forecasts within the industry standard - 5%

Key Meetings:
  • Participates in the property's weekly Revenue Management Meeting Business Review Meeting
  • Analyzes and understands market trends to communicate opportunities with Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

Commercial Performance:
  • Reviews all competitive shops daily and identifies selling strategies, opportunities, and market trends
  • Ensures all systems used are audited and meeting the YOTEL Revenue Indicator standards
  • Reviews demand and event dates to keep ahead of all demand indicators
  • Maintains historical data on events and performance, tracking effectively for future strategy setting
