Role Overview

The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities across assigned hotels in the Heathrow cluster. Key objectives include meeting sales targets, developing account animation plans, and building relationships with brand partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales management experience in a hotel environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify sales and revenue growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
