Commercial Cluster Manager

Drive Revenue Growth - As a Commercial Cluster Manager at Hilton Hotels, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across multiple hotels within the London Cluster. Your primary objective will be to maximize all GC&E KPIs through effective commercial strategies and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistent and clear communication between on-property commercial teams and the Cluster.
• Align all stakeholders on commercial strategy and ensure sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting.
• Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure effective information gathering and analysis to identify and maximize all possible opportunities and minimize any risks.
• Ensure that relevant commercial team members are actively engaged in all GC&E strategic decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive, and review optimal GC&E strategies and controls.

Requirements:
• Practical working experience within GC&E or commercial function.
• Competent at Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong competencies in leadership, planning, and organizing, communication, and influencing.
• Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach.
• Clear voice and well-spoken.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Competitive and motivated.
• Strong leadership experience (+2 years of leadership experience in a commercial role).
