Startup Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Startup Cluster Manager at OVHcloud, you will be responsible for managing local startup program activities. Your key objectives will include defining the cluster strategy and budget each year, executing the strategy to boost the number of startups in the program and increase spend on OVHcloud solutions.

  • Develop and implement a cluster strategy to drive startup growth and OVHcloud adoption.
  • Identify and attend relevant startup events to recruit new members for the program.
  • Partner with the startup ecosystem, including VCs, incubators, and accelerators, to accelerate recruitment.
  • Work with support representatives to ensure onboarding and scale-up of recruited startups.
  • Drive adoption of OVHcloud solutions in recruited startups.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Meet acquisition and revenue KPIs for the period.
  • Build relationships with startup program members and key internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and startup lifecycle/needs.
  • Business development/sales skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of OpenStack and VMware.
