Job Description

As a Startup Program Manager at OVHcloud, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our startup ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to manage local startup program activities, ensuring the successful execution of our strategy to boost the number of startups in the program and increase spend on OVHcloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cluster Strategy and Budget: Define and execute the cluster strategy and budget each year, aligning with OVHcloud's business objectives.
  • Startup Recruitment: Identify and attend relevant startup events to recruit new startups for the program, leveraging partnerships with VCs, incubators, and accelerators.
  • Onboarding and Scale-up: Work with support representatives to ensure the onboarding and scale-up of recruited startups, driving adoption of OVHcloud solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement customer usage metrics and reporting, focusing on improving customer experience, and document progress in our CRM lead management system.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with com/marketing teams to conduct campaigns on specific segments of the startup market, discussing purchasing plans and cloud solution decision criteria with startup decision makers.
  • Program Monitoring: Produce reports on program monitoring and tracking of KPIs, recommending cloud solutions best suited to customer needs and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
Requirements
  • Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud technologies and startup lifecycle/needs.
  • Business Development: Good understanding of OVHcloud's products desirable but not essential, along with business development/sales skills.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of OpenStack and VMware is a plus.
Future Impact

In 6 months, you will have accomplished meeting acquisition and revenue KPIs for the period, building relationships with startup program members and key internal and external partners. In 1 year, you will have mastered OVHcloud's productivity tools and be able to define the cluster strategy and budget for the next financial year, managing the startup program in your cluster.
