Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Startup Program Manager to join our team at OVHcloud. As a key member of our startup ecosystem development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our startup program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Cluster Strategy

Define and execute a comprehensive cluster strategy to drive the growth of startups in our program, with a focus on increasing spend on OVHcloud solutions.

Recruit and Onboard Startups

Identify and attend relevant startup events to recruit new startups for the program, and work closely with support representatives to ensure onboarding and scale-up of recruited startups.

Drive Adoption of OVHcloud Solutions

Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of OVHcloud solutions among recruited startups, and create awareness in the ecosystem to generate opportunities.

Monitor and Report Progress

Implement customer usage metrics and reporting, and document and track the progress of eligible startups in our CRM lead management system.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with com/marketing teams to conduct campaigns on specific segments of the startup market, and discuss with startup decision makers to determine their specific purchasing plans and cloud solution decision criteria.

Produce Reports and Recommendations

Produce reports on program monitoring and tracking of KPIs, and recommend cloud solutions best suited to the needs of recruited startups.
