Job Description

As a Startup Program Manager at OVHcloud, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a cluster strategy to boost the number of startups in the program and increase spend on OVHcloud solutions.
  • Identify and attend relevant startup events to recruit new members.
  • Accelerate startup recruitment through partnerships with VCs, incubators, and accelerators.
  • Work with support representatives to ensure onboarding and scale-up of recruited startups.
  • Develop ways to drive adoption of OVHcloud solutions in recruited startups.
  • Create awareness in the ecosystem to generate opportunities.
  • Collect feedback from program members to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage the lifecycle of initiatives, including operational success and further iterations.
Business Objectives
  • Implement customer usage metrics and reporting to improve customer experience.
  • Document and track progress of eligible startups in our CRM lead management system.
  • Work with com/marketing teams to conduct campaigns on specific segments of the startup market.
  • Discuss with startup decision makers to determine purchasing plans and cloud solution decision criteria.
  • Produce reports on program monitoring and tracking of KPIs.
  • Recommend cloud solutions best suited to customer needs.
  • Monitor opportunities and identify possibilities for additional revenue.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and startup lifecycle/needs.
  • Good understanding of OVHcloud's products desirable but not essential.
  • Business development/sales skills.
