About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to users across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all technology-related issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of user issues related to IT applications, hardware, and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and consult with vendors and other systems support units to identify and resolve complex client/system problems.
  • Support local voice, mobile, and video conference solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in supporting a front office environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
